It's the presence of God that convicts of sin and convinces the sinner and the searcher after truth that God is real. Praise and prayer and worship and intercession and holiness and preaching and good teaching are what we need. It is God who draws men and women to Himself in response to prayer and when we exalt the Lord Jesus Christ.
I love the part where Sproul says that we have to be concerned about what pleases God not what pleases the non-believer. Thats a TRUTH all church leaders should ponder!
