Yikes!!
Yes, I have been putting off going to the eye doctor, because I do need bi-focals, but financing them is another story.
I can read fine with my glasses off, but it is a pain to keep putting them on and taking them off, or sliding them on my head to read labels at the grocery store, not to mention at home trying to read books and magazines, ...thank God music is not a problem, although I don't really read it, I compose by ear, a natural state for myself, even after 10 years of formal musical education....I still find it hard to read music.
Eventually, I'll have to get reading glasses or bi-focals, ...I just hope I can get used to them.
Getting used to them takes some doing. Still, it's nice to be able to see the tiny print on labels once again.
